What to expect during our annual service?
Comprehensive Inspection: A thorough check of all essential components, including engine, transmission, brakes, tyres, and electrical systems (and torque check of axle bolts). Plus, battery condition check.
Fluid Changes: Replacement of engine oil & filter and check of transmission oil and primary chain-case oil, as per the Harley-Davidson recommended schedule.
Braking system: Checking front & rear brake fluid for moisture content and advise replacement if above a 3% reading. Inspect front & rear discs and pads for wear and replace as required.
Software Updates: Installation of any necessary software updates for the motorcycle's electronic systems from our Harley-Davidson Digital Technician (DT2).
Warranty & Recall Checks: Every Harley-Davidson motorcycle we service is checked for any outstanding updates and warranty checks through our direct link to the manufacturer.
Road test: On completion of the annual service, one of our technicians will road test your motorcycle to ensure it rides and performs as it should.

When you bring your motorcycle to us, we will ensure you get a full service that is beyond anything you will receive at a normal garage. We have a service advisor at hand who will talk you through all your servicing requirements, upgrades, warranty or recall work and will then get you booked in for a service at a time that suits you.
